- Housekeeping and regular home cleaning

- Event cleaning (before and after)
- Deep cleaning services
- Specialized cleaning (carpets, upholstery, etc.)
- Fumigation and pest control
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, M-Pesa, and bank transfer payments
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time
- Secure valuable and fragile items before service
- Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
- Inform us of any health, safety, or access concerns
6. Our Responsibilities
- Provide trained and vetted cleaning professionals
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain insurance coverage for our services
- Complete services to a professional standard
7. Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property
- Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for items not secured by the client
8. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
